Bill Audits during the contract. Periodically, we will reach out during the life of the contract and offer to review your bills. There is no cost for this service. We want to ensure the carrier is keeping the promises and the rates still match the contract. It’s never intentional, it’s generally human error, but billing mistakes do happen.
Contract Tracking. Many providers have an “auto-renew” clause in their agreements. . Basically, if no changes are requested at the end of the contract, your contract will automatically renew for 12 more months. We will notify you as your contract term approaches.
All of these services are free to you. The Carrier or Service Provider pays us for processing the paperwork and managing the relationship with the client. There is absolutely NO CHARGE for anything mentioned in this Top 10 List !!
